There are no fees for service here ((ever)), and no way for you to send us any money (on our website or otherwise). We 'Pre-Screen' you based on the Qualifications from our Referral Partners and match you with the best company based on what you qualify for any what your requirements are. Please visit our website and start with the inquiry form. We manually search for a match for you once we receive your request. You can also review the chart on our website providing you an estimate of what rents are for luxury apartments in each state so you can have realistic expectations for what the rents are. (*this data captured by a data analytics tool)Bear in mind, like any other company we do not have solutions for every person that inquires. However, what you can expect is an honest response from us, as always. We will let you know upfront if we have a solution for you.

This company helped me in my time of need, I made some bad financial decisions trying to help others and hurt my credit, and I thank God for this company because they helped me get back on track. Thank you Lori and Aileen for your impeccable service for 4 years, you are truly a godsend!!!!

Thank you so much David for the kind words !
I used this service for 2 years (Oct 2020-Oct 2022) and everything was exactly as advertised. I had an eviction on my record due to living with some roommates several years ago and they let the apartment get taken after I moved out but they were still living there until the lease was up. (The apartment was my name) I found this service several years later after finding that the eviction was still showing in the court records even though it wasn’t on my credit. I was able to rent a beautiful luxury loft apartment for those 2 years and during that time, they helped my credit score rise and show great rental history. If you’re in a jam with an eviction on your record, this service is legit and can really help you get back on your feet if you’re responsible and really serious about getting your rental history cleaned up. I was able to get a bigger and better apartment on my own after using them and my credit score has increased as well. I can’t thank them enough for helping to bridge the gap. I seriously recommend!

Karen you are truly the ideal candidate and it wasnt without your hard work and making sure you also took initiative to always pay on time and were serious about getting back on track! This is exactly what the program was designed for... we have appreciated your business over the past 2 years !
My wife and I were in a bad spot with our credit due to medical bankruptcy so we couldn't get approved for rentals. This company came through and for 3.5 years we have used them with ZERO issues. No scam, no fly by night company. Now we have rebuilt our credit we have transferred our rental into our name painlessly and will be buying shortly! This company literally helped prevent us from being homeless!! Lori is awesome!

The REAL DEAL - they helped me with a BK filing and an eviction. You have to be patient with responses as they get so many applicants.. they will get back to you, IF you qualify. If you don't meet the income or background requirements, don't expect a call. They are very clear about this on their website ... the helped me and my son out of an abusive situation and able to rent a gorgeous apartment. I will refer anyone that needs your help! thanks again!!
