The UI is pretty bad and the integration API is really poor. E.g. you cannot update objects properly since all attributes that are not set will be overwritten with null

Really intuitive, works as expected!

Customisation and ease of use on my end is fantastic, as is customer support. However it Could be more user friendly for people filling it out. Nicer design, a pop up when a form is filled successfully etc.

It didn't really work that well for me when I tried using it. It was not correctly resizing in the browser and broke my layout. Eventually I gave up on it and made my form the old fashioned way. I actually wasted more time on this than it saved for me.

Form.io is great and has saved me at least 500 developer hours in 6 months.

We use Form.io for a number of our department's customer integration projects and I have to say, of all the systems we use to deliver our end products, Form.io has been probably the most straightforward and issue free to use. The support from the Form.io team has also been exemplary.
