Thank you so much for your honest feedback, and for recognizing our efforts to improve. We sincerely apologize for the payout delays and communication challenges you experienced earlier. You’re absolutely right; international payout processing, especially to regions like the UK, can sometimes take longer due to currency conversion, compliance checks, and intermediary bank verifications. That said, we’ve taken your feedback seriously and are already working on new payment systems and partnerships to make payouts faster and more seamless across all currencies, including GBP, USD, and NGN. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process, and we’re glad your payout was successfully completed. Feedback like yours helps us grow stronger, and we’re committed to delivering a smoother experience next time. — ForKobo Trust & Safety Team

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of proactive updates regarding your payout. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait without clear visibility. To clarify, some payouts may remain pending longer than usual due to ongoing transaction verification, chargeback checks, or cross-border payment clearances. That said, your payout is safe and will be processed once all compliance checks are cleared. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding dashboard transparency, that’s a great idea. In fact, our product team is already working on an update that will allow users to view individual orders, gross profit, and payout status in real time directly from their dashboard. Please reach out to our Trust & Safety team at [email protected] with your payout ID so we can provide a status update immediately. Thank you for your patience and continued trust, we’re working hard to make ForKobo even better every day. — ForKobo Trust & Safety Team

Thank you so much for your honest feedback and kind words about our customer service, we truly appreciate it. We understand your concern about the payout delay and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In recent months, we’ve implemented new verification and processing protocols to strengthen transaction security and compliance, which has unfortunately led to longer processing times for some payouts. The good news is that we’re actively improving our payment infrastructure and automation system to restore the same fast turnaround times our clients were used to, while maintaining accuracy and safety. We’re grateful for your patience and continued trust in ForKobo, and we’re committed to ensuring your future payouts are smoother and faster. — ForKobo Trust & Safety Team
