Have been with Forkobo early this year since February 2026, the on-boarding process went smoothly and everything was looking good. Whenever I have complaints and reach out via emails I get a prompt response back. However I have not received any payout since then, this is September 2026, I have tried reaching out via emails since over two weeks ago I have not gotten a response as to why I have not received any payment since May as it has been on pending. Overall I think their management are really trying thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience with Forkobo My payout was held since October 2025. I was initially told Shopify was holding the funds for up to 120 days, even though that was so vague, I waited. That period passed without my money being released. I then requested account closure and a refund of my management fee. I submitted my closure request on June 2, 2026, and was told it would take 30 days. Today, August 10, 2026, it has been 69 days—39 days beyond the promised timeframe—and I am STILL waiting for my money. I have followed every process Forkobo provided and given them more than enough time to resolve this. At this point, the excuses and delays are unacceptable. I am posting this review so potential customers can make an informed decision before trusting Forkobo with their money despite the person promoting this brand. I strongly believe this is not a legitimate company.

I joined Forkobo with the expectation of owning and benefiting from a fully managed Shopify store. I paid $999 for a 1-year DFY (Done For You) store contract and was shown dashboard earnings and pending payouts over time. However, my experience has become very concerning. Since November 2025, multiple payouts have remained pending for months. Initially, I was told reviews would take 90–120 days, but later I was informed there is no fixed or guaranteed timeline. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not been provided with: * Any Shopify case ID or tracking reference * Proof of payout review stages * Access to my actual store * My store domain or Shopify admin access I also later discovered that at the end of my contract, I would not own the store, domain, or backend access, and the store would not be transferred to me. This was disappointing because I believed I was building toward ownership of an online business. Customer support continues to respond politely, but the replies have mostly repeated the same explanations without concrete timelines or verifiable proof. At this stage, I still have multiple pending payouts showing on the dashboard with no confirmed release date. Due to the ongoing delays and lack of transparency, I have formally reported the matter to the bank used for payment, contacted the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and my lawyer is actively monitoring all communications and email correspondence related to this matter. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to ask very detailed questions upfront about: * Store ownership * Shopify access * Domain ownership * Payout verification * What happens after the contract ends My experience has caused significant frustration and uncertainty, and I hope the company improves transparency and accountability for future customers.

I opened my Forkobo store around November 2025. My first payout was supposed to come on December 22nd because payouts were said to happen every 22nd of the month. I never received any payment. When I contacted support, they told me I had to wait 90–120 days that’s Shopify is reviewing whatever before getting paid. Then around February 2026, I suddenly stopped receiving order notification emails completely. After that, the dashboard changed entirely, almost like the platform had been updated. The layout, settings, and system all looked different. What made me suspicious was that my revenue and profit numbers suddenly increased on their own, even though I was no longer receiving order notifications or seeing normal activity. Some buttons on the dashboard also stopped working completely. The whole dashboard started looking fake or nonfunctional. The biggest issue is that withdrawals I requested were marked as “sent” on the dashboard, but I never received any money in my account. Every time I contacted support, they gave vague responses, asked for screen recordings repeatedly, and kept saying the issue would be fixed, but nothing ever changed. I have now waited about six months without receiving my payouts. At this point, I strongly believe this platform may not be trustworthy, and I would advise people to be very careful before investing time or money into it.

working with forkobo was great setting up my website and listing products specially Filza was very knowledgeable and make sure everything works great.

Two months after my sister signed up, her payments were delayed for eight months, always with flimsy excuses. She grew tired of the delays and excuses and threatened legal action. They responded by saying they would stop all payments to her, including pending, delayed, and future payouts.

I paid for my stores optimization through Forkobo and Filza Tanzeel was assigned to me. She went above and beyond and got my stores optimized and I am really happy with the outcome. I recommend him to anyone who needs this service She is kind, patient, incredible, .... etc

Forkobo is terrible. Since October 2025, I havent received any payout. Not one single payout. Anytime you send a mail, they say it is on spotify. Delay from Spotify on payment for over 6 months? Not even one payout processed? I dont think that's accurate. FORKOBO IS NOT SAYING THE TRUTH! I don't advice anyone to put their money there
