I find the serum sticky and messy. It necessitates washing hair every morning, which I do NOT usually do, since more hair falls out. On morning after application, Hair looks clumpy and sticky where it was applied.

No one has checked in on me since i received my script. I lost 3 pounds after my first injection on 1-20-25 and have yet to loose much more. Probably good cause I’m not losing too fast. Regarding no one checking in on me, I just thought there would be more concern about my progress and my overall well being.

A Mixed Bag. I like that everything is done online and is quick to get prescribed. Additionally, it's affordable-ish. I also appreciate that they walk you through how to use your HSA to cover the price. I'm not a fan of the app (not user friendly and I wish it offered food tracking, etc. to make it a one-stop-shop). It also took (what felt like) a LONG time to get my product - I'm not sure if my future fills will also be delayed, but that makes me nervous. I didn't like having to pay almost $2k up front. The price is nice, but it seems a little less attainable when you need to put that much out at once. They start you at such a low dose that I'm on week 4 and haven't seen any changes. I gave that feedback, however, and they approved increasing my dose on this 4th injection, so we'll see, but it does feel like a bit of a wasted month. So it's probably too early to comment on efficacy, but fingers crossed!

Helpful and shipments arrived on time

I turned to Hers after my insurance company dropped any weight loss medications from the formulary. I got a patronizing letter from my insurance carrier that they decided as a company that they want clients to try exercise and diet first... as if anyone who has turned to an injection weight loss medicine has not tried those or continued to do those WHILE on the weight loss meds. Anyway I had heard about hers and turned to them for semaglutitude. It has been a great experience! I also got a probiotic recommended to me based on a questions. Honestly I've been surprised at how clear the process was and I felt in good hands and have loved my experience so far.
