I need more time before I can answer this. I was on vacation the week it FINALLY showed up. I don't like that I was IMMEDIATELY CHARGED & it didn't show up before I left. I'm thinking it was 7 - 10 days? Idk? I believe its working 🤔 I know I use to much... but that's just me. Ask me next month about my experience. Hopefully I'll have more info for you. Excellent communication and follow-up

I liked the old app but don’t like the new app where I have to use AI and I can’t get to the original menus to see workouts, recipes, etc. I don’t like using the new app! It has my week number wrong. The medicine seems to be helping but not as well as I had hoped. Hopefully things will get better but not sure what to do about the app!

I have lost a few pounds on this formula, but its been slow going. I've started using my "Pilates ProFormer" for good exercise as it really gives you a great workout for all body areas, and that may have something to do with it, as I start to build muscle also. So that may be off setting the weight loss. As I may an increase in the medication.

My first 10 months with HERS was successful, and I lost significant weight. Then -- total plateau (not unique to HERS, I know). But recently I learned that prices will more than DOUBLE, with separate fees charged for "membership" and then a"subscription" (for the actual medication) that will cost $1,678 and $2,388 respectively. That's more than $4,000 toal for a year's participation, vs. $1,980 per year all-inclusive, the current cost. I echo what someone else wrote about the AI assistant -- really irritating -- although I *think* I heard from a thoughtful actual individual once (but was it real?). In any case, nothing can change the facts of a stratospheric cost increase. It's a big disappointment.

Great service

Where to start… not professionalism, not attention to detail, contradictory information, very little accountability for their many mistakes. Different doctors who often answer only 1 of my 2 or 3 questions; shady policies about transferring prescriptions. Once they know you might cancel your treatment subscription, they take forever to answer, so your billing date approaches and they can charge you again. Honestly, I’m very disappointed.
