They charge monthly fee of $ 149 they only start of $39 first month for membership no meds included; they continue to charge you every month there after $149 a month as a memebership fee does not include medicaton!! I had no idea I received nothing and signed up for nothing. If you look at the score there are 24% 1 star reviews! A lesson learned, read reviews before going on line. These memebrship charges on top of medication once at higher MG levels is well over $6000 plus a year. They charged my card several months at $149 and refused to refund, except 1 month only. I never signed up for medication, don't fall into this trap. For me Ro was much better company to work with, real people to talk to and get meds from. J Wallace

Today is day 1 for me. The customer service was excellent leading up to this point. I appreciated the medical inquiries prior to my prescription being approved.

My hair is so much stronger. I have less breakage and it feels fuller. I also appreciate the communication and check ins.

I don’t like the fact that I can’t seem to find a way to reach out about double charges. I’ve been charged three times and have only received 2 months worth; one at 1.5mg and the other at the 4mg dose. I’d like to know why there’s 2 charges for my second month and if this is supposed to be the norm, because if so, I’m cancelling. Also, my first month was not at the $39 rate that it was advertised as. I’m NOT thrilled with the charges or the fact that I’m unable to reach out to anyone to get this resolved.

I did not lose any weight with the shots and when I tried to cancel they are giving me the run around on refunding my credit card the balance of what I didn’t receive. You can’t ever get a human to respond to your request just an automated response from an Ai generated reply. After my review I was issued a refund. I do not want any further communication from the company. they already have my full name email and phone number. They have finally started to respond to my request for a refund after this review.

Great no side effects working great

I’ve had to really speak up for both of my refills. It feels very frustrating to not just have it go through, but I have to check on it thoroughly each month. I’m not happy. I also wish I could call someone. I like being able to text but I just want a human who can fix it and tell my why things are happening the way they are. I just keep feeling like I’m being passed around from HERS, to Lily and to GiftHealth.

My prescription does EXACTLY what it’s supposed to! I have so much hair and I’m so grateful for an easy way to achieve that.
