YOU'LL BE PAYING FOR NOTHING BUT STRESS
1. The book has NO index of any kind - no way to find something specific you are looking for. You have to flip through all the pages, hoping to land on the one you want. Terribly organized - makes it worthless to me. 2. I purchased the book and some additional item (as usual, there was upsell after upsell, and I am very susceptible). 3. I never received a receipt for that second purchase. 4. I never received a way to ACCESS that additional purchase, nor did I receive a way to access the bonuses that were promised with purchase. 5. When I wrote to customer service, they only addressed the book issue. 6. I wrote again and AGAIN, they only addressed the book situation, and how to return it, not the other things I wrote about. 7. When I wrote AGAIN, this time very angrily, they replied, claiming they'd sent me all that information in their previous communication, 10 days prior, which led me to search yet again through all my MANY e-mails, only to find that NO, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, I was right, they'd again sent that same info. This time, though, they sent a screenshot of what they had supposedly sent, and that didn't help because I can't access links through a screenshot! WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE A HELPFUL PURCHASE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARISH ONE. PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO SUPPLY WHAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. AND A BOOK WITH LOTS OF INFORMATION BUT NO WAY TO FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR IS... WORTHLESS!
