ForestRacksReviews of forestracks.com

Matthew is an amazing rep for this company, he is very helpful and his customer service skills are exceptional. If you ever need assistance, you can get your issue resolved quickly with his help and the forestrack team. 10/10 will keep coming back to renew my services with this company and will continue to recommend them to my friends and other people needing services that this company can provide for fair value

I was scared to buy a server and I bought it I expected to hate it but it was so easy there response time is 10/10 they helped in every situation even when I asked stupid questions Generally the best service I have got in a while

Everything about Forestracks is amazing. Was a bit hesitant due to the price seem too good but I've had multiple game servers hosted with them now(Minecraft a few times and now Palworld) and never had any issues. Customer support is great and almost instant replies if you use Discord!

I have nothing but top marks when regarding this server provider. No matter the potential issue you run into, they fix it in a timely manner, and I would specifically note the member of their team known as Mortal is the best at his timely responses to any inquiry I had at the time and his ability to solve the issues I had no matter how big or small. I highly recommend this provider for your server needs.

I've been with ForestRacks on-and-off for a few years hosting an SCP:SL server and when we got into a really bad latency spiral where our ping was skyrocketing for no reason, they went above and beyond to try and resolve the matter through any means necessary. Matthew spent plenty of his time fixing and thinking of ideas on what could be the cause and a potential fix for the issue. Exceptional company that deserves only the best.

I’ve been using ForestRacks to host my Minecraft server and Discord bot, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Everything just works—great performance, no downtime, and the pricing is insanely fair compared to other providers. But what really makes ForestRacks special is Mortal, the owner. This guy knows his stuff—he’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what he does. Whether it’s setting up a custom website (which he helped me design and build from scratch) or troubleshooting something technical, he’s always there to help. No waiting around, no generic responses—he gives you real answers, fast, and actually takes the time to explain things. You can tell he actually cares about his clients and their experience. It never feels transactional—it feels like you’re being taken care of by someone who’s invested in your success. That kind of service is rare. If you want reliable hosting, fair prices, and actual human support from someone who knows what they’re doing and cares—ForestRacks is the way to go.

I have had an absolute amazing time with this host. Mortal (The founder) has been very helpful with troubleshooting not just the server, but has a lot of insight outside of the servers he provides. I have asked for support with mods, plugins, several external issues and he has always been a great help in solving them. Forest Racks is by far a greater and better host than any other I have tried. And I have tried plenty. Thank you for being an amazing server hosting service.
