The instructions are confusing. The wording on the site was a bit confusing. I didn't see several of my coins but sent them anyway. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to.

Trustworthy and upfront with exchange rate. Fees a bit high, but there aren’t many options to exchange Euro coins in the States, so that’s the price of doing business. Cash was deposited quickly into my PayPal account.

I would give 4 3/4 stars. I was skeptical through the entire process, but they did what they said they were going to do for the price they said they were going to do it. They took about 20% in fees, but no US bank would exchange my Iraqi dinar so I didn’t have many options. The only hiccup I had is that I signed up for payment by PayPal before I knew they charged a fee, so immediately emailed and asked to change for payment by Venmo. They promptly replied back to me that it would not be an issue, but when payment was made, it was by PayPal. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a big deal, but either they forgot about my request or couldn’t fulfill it. Ultimately, I would use this company again.
