Avoid this business like the plague
This company is great at sending you emails, but not your merchandise. There’s no customer service phone number, no address and only “canned” email responses to questions about your order. They will take your money 1st and not deliver. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Avoid this scammer business like the plague-That’s my best advice.

Dear Den, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been - especially during the busy holiday season. After reviewing your case, it appears your order was unfortunately lost in transit during the peak holiday period. While this is something that can occasionally happen with postal carriers during high-volume seasons, we sincerely regret that we were not notified in time and that our delayed response added to your frustration. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we offered to either send a replacement or process a full refund based on your preference. We also want to confirm that your refund has been completed as requested. We take full responsibility for the communication delay and are actively improving our support response times to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If there’s anything further we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we’re always here to help. Wishing you all the best, Follus Customer Care Team
