Dear Jacqueline, We’re truly sorry to hear about your concerns and understand how this situation may have caused confusion and frustration. We would like to clarify that your order was successfully processed and shipped, and we have been actively assisting you via email. However, we also noticed that a dispute was opened with your bank shortly after. When a dispute is initiated, the payment is temporarily held by the bank, and standard procedures require us to pause the shipment until the case is resolved. This is a common practice followed by payment providers to ensure protection for both customers and merchants. We want to reassure you that Follus is a legitimate business, and we take every order and customer concern very seriously. We are fully cooperating with the bank to resolve this matter, and we remain ready to either complete your order or provide appropriate support once the dispute process is finalized. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to clarify this situation. If you’re open to it, we would be more than happy to assist you further and ensure a positive resolution. Wishing you all the best, Follus Customer Care Team

Dear Lori, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must feel. After reviewing your order, we found that it was placed in February 2024. Unfortunately, because of the extended time since shipment, the carrier is no longer able to provide tracking updates, and we’re unable to fully verify what may have happened during transit. That said, we completely understand your concern. While most shipping carriers and retailers operate within a limited support window, we never want any customer to feel left without support. As a gesture of goodwill, we would still like to help make this right for you. Our team has reached out via email with available options, and we would truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you further. We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused, and we’re here to help in any way we reasonably can. Wishing you all the best, Follus Customer Care Team

Dear BJ, We are truly sorry to hear about your loss. Losing a beloved companion is never easy, and we understand how meaningful an order like this can be. We take concerns like yours very seriously. However, after carefully reviewing our system, we have not been able to locate any order or previous communication associated with the name provided or the timeframe mentioned. It’s possible that the order may have been placed under a different name or email address. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and make things right for you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly with your order number or the email used at checkout so we can assist you as quickly as possible. We are here to help and would never want any customer to feel unheard or unsupported. With sincere care, Follus Customer Care Team

Dear Mary, We’re truly sorry for your experience and understand how frustrating this must have felt. After carefully reviewing your order, we found that it was unfortunately lost in transit and, regrettably, the carrier did not notify us in time. As soon as we confirmed the issue, we proceeded with a full refund of $87.52 USD to ensure you were not left waiting any longer. That said, you are absolutely right - we should have given you the option to choose between a replacement or a refund. We sincerely apologize for not offering that choice upfront, and we truly appreciate you pointing this out. Please know that this is not the experience we aim to provide. We are actively improving both our shipping monitoring and customer communication processes to prevent situations like this in the future. Thank you again for your feedback - it helps us do better. Wishing you all the best, Follus Customer Care Team

Dear Myles, We’re truly sorry for your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have felt. After reviewing your order, we found that it was unfortunately lost in transit-something that can occasionally happen with postal carriers, especially during the busy holiday season. We sincerely apologize as we were not notified in time, and we regret that our delayed response added to your frustration. As soon as we were able to verify the issue and hear back from you, we immediately processed a full refund as requested. Please know that we take situations like this very seriously and are actively improving both our shipping monitoring and customer support response times to prevent this from happening again. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make things right. Wishing you all the best, Follus Customer Care Team

Dear John, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been not to receive your order as expected. After reviewing your order, our records indicate that the package was marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we fully understand that in some cases, packages can be misplaced or go missing after delivery. Because of this, and to make things right for you, we processed a full refund once your concern was raised. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we never want any customer to feel left without a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - it helps us do better. If there’s anything more we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out anytime. Wishing you all the best, Follus Customer Care Team
