Read Reviews Before Buying
I genuinely do not understand how this website has so many positive reviews. After my experience — and after finding several negative reviews describing situations almost identical to mine — I can only wonder how representative those glowing reviews really are. I placed an order, paid for it, and then waited. And waited. The product never arrived. I contacted customer support several times regarding my order. Not once did I receive an actual response. Eventually, in my final message, I made it clear that if they continued to ignore the issue, I would have no choice but to request a refund and file a complaint. Their response was impressively efficient — just not in the way one might expect from a legitimate customer service department. Instead of answering me, resolving the problem, delivering what I paid for, or refunding my money, my account was simply blocked. I can no longer log in. My order/account was cancelled, I have not received the product, and I have not received my money back. So, to summarize: they took my payment, did not deliver my purchase, ignored every support request I sent, and when I finally complained about being ignored, I lost access to my account as well. Truly remarkable customer service. My biggest mistake was trusting how professional and convincing the website looks. It is very well designed and gives you a reassuring impression of a legitimate, reliable business. Unfortunately, a polished website means absolutely nothing when there appears to be nobody willing to help you once something goes wrong. I really wish I had read the negative reviews before purchasing. Several people describe experiences disturbingly similar to mine, and I would have saved myself both money and time. At this point, I have no product, no refund, no access to my account, and no response from support. I apparently paid for the privilege of being ignored and eventually locked out. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend purchasing anything here. If you are considering it, please read the negative reviews first and decide whether you are willing to take the risk. Hopefully, others will have better luck than I did.
