We take this accusation very seriously. However, we want to make it absolutely clear that we did not use your banking or payment information, nor do we engage in any activity involving the theft or misuse of customers' financial details. Unfortunately, fraudsters sometimes use stolen payment methods to make purchases on legitimate websites without the merchant's knowledge. If this happened in your case, we sincerely recommend contacting your bank immediately and reporting the unauthorized transaction. If you can provide us with any details about the charge, we are happy to investigate and cooperate with our payment processor as needed. Security and customer trust are extremely important to us.
