TERRIBLE COMPANY! TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! First they advertise that the product will arrive in 24H, then endless emails/calls and three weeks wait they tell you we don’t have that one but you can buy another one more expensive. Canceled the whole thing. Wouldn’t recommend not even visiting the website let alone buying something there.

Absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional company! I ordered a rocking chair and waited an entire month for my order. During that time, I contacted them at least 10 times, and every single time I was given another excuse: “It will be shipped today,” “It will be shipped tomorrow,” “It’s on its way,” etc. After keeping me waiting for a whole month and wasting my time with endless phone calls, they suddenly tell me that the product is not even in stock! If you knew you didn’t have the product, why didn’t you tell me from the beginning? Why keep a customer waiting for a month and repeatedly give them false information about the shipment? This is an absolute lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect for customers. If you don’t have a product in stock, simply say so. Don’t take people’s orders and then keep them waiting for weeks with empty promises. I have completely lost trust in this company. I would never order from them again and absolutely do not recommend them.

I placed an order on July 12, and the estimated delivery time was 3–5 days. After 10 days with no update, I contacted customer support to ask what was happening. Instead of providing any useful information, they kept me waiting. Then, on July 28—16 days after placing the order—they simply canceled it without any explanation. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The lack of communication and complete disregard for customers is unacceptable. I will never order from them again. Thankfully, I hadn't paid in advance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The deliveries got delayed. One of the orders is delayed for more than two weeks and they still had no answer as to when It was supposed to arrive. All we got was just an I’m sorry.

Poor delivery- it takes ages for the order, and sometimes they don't deliver at all!

They promote fast delivery and display DHL branding, but the estimated arrival dates are rarely accurate. I've received orders 2–3 weeks later than promised multiple times. If you can't meet the delivery dates you advertise, don't set unrealistic expectations.
