I really appreciated that the person I worked with took a lot of time to make sure that I got the right projector and screen that our business needed. He asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we bought the right items. He didn't just take my order and was done, rather he discussed it with me and suggested something different what I was planning on ordering - a screen that is WAY better than the tripod one I thought I needed wherein the floor screen he suggested and we got is SO much better and makes us much happier as it's easy to transport in its case and is fantastic. He helped us make the perfect purchase instead of buying something we would have been very frustrated with. Because of this, it really made the buying experience positive from Focused Tech.
