No delivery notification when it left the factory. No notification from the shipping company. Delivery guy called when he was there and I was thirty miles away. Only sent one guy to unload a 220" crated screen and driver did not want to help unload.

So far as I can tell the product I received is very good. The shipping of the product dragged on for almost a month. Would have been nice to know how many different packages I was going to be receiving and when. They were very good about helping me over the phone though.

There are slight folds in the screen which affect viewing of the projected picture. Do you have any recommendation in how to remove these folds?

Absolutely! Since your church purchased a pull down screen, what you've described is likely indicative of a manufacturer's defect. These are rare but do happen every now and then. Please give us a call at 888-686-0551 and we will work out how to replace this screen for you as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
