Good evevning! We are Customer Service team from Foal14.com! First of all, we would like to apologize to you for the delay of the tracking! The order was placed on 8th Dec and we've shipped out the package on 13th Dec. Due to COVID-19 and the carriers being overwhelmed, it can take time for the carrier to scan the package, which causes a slow speed delivery as we've mentioned on our website that "All Orders that placed from 8th Dec may arrive after Christmas". We really look forward to your understanding this circumstance! So our best advice is to keep checking on it and to contact USPS for an update. You can visit the following link to contact USPS better: https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm If until 15th Jan you still haven't received your blanket, please feel free to reach out to us, we will happily re-print and send you a new one :) Our apologies for the delay. Hope you have a terrific day!

We really look forward to hearing from you soon! Thank you and have a wonderful day! Foal14

Dear our beloved customer, First of all, we sincerely apologize for this long delay. We are so sorry for this happening to you, we’ve tried really hard to to process your order and sent out to you, normally it will only take 3-4 days to be able to arrive but unfortunately the COVID-19 and the carriers being overwhelmed make it take a long while to scan the package, which causes a slow speed delivery. We are really guilty for cannot do anything to control this circumstance. We hope you understand that we absolutely do not want this delay to happen to you at all! We have tried our best to process the order as fast as we can. But it’s 100% our fault to not overview the situation and claim on the website for the cuts-off day, we would like to send you and your family a second blanket or credit back to you. Please let us know what will work for you. Again we are truly sorry for this situation and hope for your understanding. If there is anything need to be addressed, please feel free to contact us and have a good day. Best regards, Foal14 Support Team
