Very fast and helpful of my issue

Great product and if and when there is a issue it’s resolved relatively fast

l have my first FMS airplane (Pilatus PC-21)and am very pleased with it...performance, looks, battery efficiency and just all around an enjoyable plane to fly. After a small ooopps..... l needed a replacement propellor and couldn't obtain one in canada in a timely fashion... but found stock showing with FMS...order process quick and easy, order confirmation immediate and shipping information timely and accurate. Overall very pleased with product and parts service!

Quick shipment, quality product and very well packed.

Great products and fast shipping

Fast shipping and always right. Fantastic looking products and quality is better than axial in my opinion.

support agents are quick to response. But, I didn't really find what I'm looking for. I hope FMS itself will expand their upgrade parts and own library.

This was my first experience with FMS products. The delivery was quick, and the and the RC truck is really well made and fun to use.
