Purchased our item Monday morning, checked the order status 5 days later which still says pending/date undefined. I do not recommend this company.

Received my batter mixer which I was so happy to get---used it once--- then it quit------what kind of products are you selling??????? using super glue or something????

Mr. C, we are sorry to hear that this product stopped working for you. TFMP strives to offer the best quality products to our customers. We will work with you and the manufacturer to determine if this defect is covered under warranty. In the meantime, we have sent a replacement to you. Please return the original to our customer service team for inspection and we will investigate.

I place my last order Sunday night, you had Monday to to see the order and ship it, and I will receive the order on Tuesday. that was wishful thinking I did not receive this order until Wednesday,

Good morning I m been ordering from you guys for a couple of years and from 2 years now I been receiving the rubber gasket not packaged and I talked so many people and every time I order is the same . Before you send it package individually. And I don’t know what to or not order any more

I order radiant this morning and in website it is available , so I placed the order. When I call the customer service , I spoke to Diana and she said it will take 2 weeks to arrive. So I have to cancell my order. Please update your website. Thanks
