Agent Rocco was very helpful. He spent a lot of time helping me get my ticket scheduled and scheduling help for me at the airports. I am older and have not flown in awhile. He made me feel comfortable with my upcoming flight.

The lady that helped me was great (Claire). Unfortunately the website sucks as it wouldn't let me book a one-way to Paris necessitating me working with Claire for 45 minutes. My profile is up to date with relevent passport & security info so not being able to book a simple one way ticket and wasting both her & my time is unacceptable - fix your algorithm.

Great friendly service! It took a while, but I think I have what I expect in terms of seats. I will know when I go.

Rina was very nice and explained everything throughly. Unfortunately, I asked to make sure the person I was traveling with would be sitting next to me and once we received the itinerary, we were in 2 different rows. I called the company back and they reassured me they would fix it but it was never fixed.

I am so thankful for the staff member that helped me. I was given an hour of this persons time. She did not give up on trying to help me and answer all my questions. She helped make a miracle trip happen for me. Bless her and thank you!

It was quick and not so stressful, He was patient and was able to respond to all my travel questions. Franklin was able to help me with the vouchers that were previously issued to us, we were able to put them in use.

Caroline was very helpful in getting me the airline credit after cancelling my flight.
