We are so happy you had such a wonderful experience with our professional and friendly staff. Thank you for your recommendation!
All staff were amazing and friendly. We were so paranoid about getting there late we were super early and they got us on an earlier flight. The process, kitting up and stuff was all really good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was I paid for the shoe selfie seats (so not a cheap trip out). I got given a seat that was supposed to be a 45 degree shoe selfie rather than 90 degrees. Don’t accept it, you’ve paid for nothing. It’s a terrible seat and you won’t get the experience. I argued at the helicopter (they don’t set the seating the office does). Luckily they swapped me, weird as weighed same as the person I swapped with and they hadn’t paid the extra. So basically paying isn’t a ‘guarantee’. Felt conned by that but worked out in the end. Flight and views are amazing and to be honest with the wind as you’re flying it’s quite hard to stick your legs out anyway!!!

We appreciate you sharing your detailed feedback about your recent experience. It's wonderful to hear that our staff were amazing and friendly and that you enjoyed the flight and views. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the seating for the shoe selfie experience and the discrepancy in what you paid for versus what was initially provided. We are reviewing our seating allocation process to ensure a consistent and fair experience for all our guests.

Incredibly kind staff, we felt secure because of the safety demostration that was a really important part since we chose the doors-off. Our pilot was a pro! Really recommend!!

We are so happy to hear you and your mom had such a memorable Mother's Day experience! We truly appreciate your kind words about our team and pilot.
We were a little skeptical about reviews before we committed but as with anything in this world, if you follow the rules things usually work out for the best! And with that said we followed what was asked of us to arrive on time and everything went great! From the staff to the pilot to the promised experience! We give it a 10!!! Highly recommend this experience!
