We are so happy to hear that our staff was friendly and helpful during your visit! Thank you for your kind words.
Unfriendly front desk service and chaotic flight scheduling. The pilots were excellent — the only highlight of this trip.

Awesome to hear! Come back soon

Hello, So happy you went with the 30 minute flight. It is amazing to see New York from a bird's eye view.
Part of the ground staff wanted us to believe that they had warned us and that we had missed the flight, as we come from Bcn, Spain they said that we did not understand what they were saying, we went to clarify it because they were leaving us out. The rest was perfect, the pilot who attended to us on Friday, September 4 at 8:05 was perfect! attentive, friendly and very professional.

We appreciate your feedback and are concerned to hear about the miscommunication with some of our ground staff regarding your flight. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been. We are, however, very pleased to know that our pilot provided such excellent and professional service. We are reviewing our procedures to ensure clearer communication for all our passengers.

We are so glad to hear that our service was brilliant! We truly appreciate your kind words and positive feedback.
The seat was in the middle, so I wasn’t comfortable at all. It was really cramped, and I couldn’t get up to go outside and take pictures for her. I didn’t enjoy it at all. I feel like the price I paid wasn’t worth such a bad experience.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We understand your disappointment regarding the seating and limited movement. There are 6 seats per aircraft with one seat in the center. We do offer the guarantee shoe selfie seat to ensure everyone has a fair chance of sitting on the side seats. Other than that, all seating is done by weight and balance.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as your helicopter flight over New York was meant to be a special part of your trip. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. The check-in time provided with each reservation is not simply a suggested arrival time. It is required in order to complete safety procedures, passenger briefings, seat assignments, and the operational preparation necessary for the flight. Because our flights operate on a precise schedule and involve other passengers, arriving after the required check-in time can unfortunately prevent us from completing these procedures in time for the originally scheduled flight. We also understand the disappointment caused by the weather-related rescheduling. Passenger and crew safety will always remain our priority, and when weather conditions prevent us from operating a flight as scheduled, rescheduling may be necessary. Sunset timing and availability on the new date can unfortunately differ from the original reservation. The alternative longer flight was offered as another opportunity to experience New York from the air, not to create an additional inconvenience. However, because it was a different product with a longer flight duration and different value, a price adjustment was required. We’re sorry that the overall handling of the situation left you disappointed. We do appreciate your kind words about Nicolò, and we’ll be sure to share your recognition of his professionalism and excellent service with him. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
