Im just starting with it but so far so good, will be adding my experience in the future. So far even the support its great and hardworking, i have an issue with my instalation and the support guy (Khan) help me a lot.

Great plugin easy to use and does what it promises!

The product is amazing and works as promised. But customer support SERIOUSLY needs to improve. There's no way to open a ticket. So you have to rely on the live chatbox to communicate with agents who are hardly online. It takes over 24 hours to get a reply from them. That's why I'm giving them two stars. EDIT: Thanks for your response. Well, it's easy to wait for a response via support tickets. We're used to waiting for days without complaint. But once you switch to live chat, it means almost instant responses. Maybe 3 hours at best. But over 24 hours is surely a pain. Also, return tickets to enable us to track issues easily from any device. All in all, my issue was resolved. So, I have changed the rating.
