Absolutely horrible customer service. I wrote to both the email and discord support. Both initially replied very fast just to absolutely ghost me for now already 24h. I cannot trade without their help which I made very clear. I signed up for a free trial that is followed by a subscription. My bank blocked the payment at first and i had to unblock it in my banking system. Fluxcharts wont accept my payment now, with a window popping up telling me to contact support. Only for them to completely ghost me. Billing number: #G9VFBRM2-0002

The terrible customer service is an example of what you can expect from this company. They've been playing with a cancellation and refund request for a month now. They ask you to cancel the service in order to claim a refund, and then they tell you they can't refund your payment for a service that's not active. It's a total mockery and by reading their reply for this review it is same arguments you get on the emails to skip the refund, so it must be solved with the bank directly.
