Very confusing website, difficult to understand how to access content and how to use. Not organized well. Although I really liked the idea of watching videos with subtitles and explanations, I find it is much easier to use Duolingo or Rosetta Stone. I keep getting emails about some new content they have added, but no explanation of how to access that new content. So I find myself going to DuoLingo or Rosetta Stone for a quick daily lesson instead of FluentU... At this point I won't be renewing the contract.

Need to have a speaking component

My son used this for a few days and I got charged for a yearly subscription when I thought it was a free trial. No warning that I was going to be charged via email. I thought the payment receipt was a scam as it was in my junk mail, but money went from my account. UPDATE: Support gave me a refund after I complained so updated rating.

Today I subscribed by mistake because my internet connection doesn’t stable And I want to refund my money as soon as possible, so how to refund my money ?

I'm learning German with this service and it's ok. The content has a lot of typos, I'm trying to improve it by sending feedback, but it looks like there's no end to them. I like the part where you watch videos, songs and learn from them, but learning new words is very challenging. While somewhere they claim that the space repetition method they use is similar to Anki -- Anki is so much better for that. After Anki I feel like I learn the words, here I see 100 different words once every day and by the next day I can't remember 99% of them. I think the main difference is that in Anki if you don't know the word -- it keeps showing it to you during the same sessions, whereas at FluentU they just postpone until tomorrow. Plus they give you hints with audio etc.
