Great educational program on how to avoid burnout and be more efficient with time management

Great experience. Great coach. Interesting and well curated material

FRC and the program (Zero-to-Dangerous) I participated in provided effective instruction in my personal and professional life to minimize everyday noise and friction. It also honed personal skills to better align me with my goals. As someone who as spent over a decade seeking to refine and improve my personal workflow, the instruction and coaching I received, didn't just reinforce the good principles I had uncovered, but added what feels like two decades of experience into a focused, information dense program. While I believe that almost anyone could benefit, it isn't for everyone. I believe the program benefits the ambitious the most. Before ZTD, I was overwhelmed, overextended, and scattered. While taking ZTD I was encouraged, excited, and made a lot of connections between past performance and behavior. Today I am grounded, more focused, and more effective than ever; despite the workload at my tech startup not getting any easier or less intense.

From the well thought out content and the performance coaches, the flow research collective has created one of the best leadership programs I have ever taken part of. Of course with any program, it is as much as you put in. Because of the videos and class sessions, I was able to continue to gain momentum plus confidence to prioritize, decide to execute. As Steven Kotler emphasized, there is no hack just hard work. Received significant promotions at Tesla after taking this program. Worth every penny.

FRC's ZtoD program is packed with research and science backed information--no fluff and no magical thinking. That information is then packaged in a program that is engineered to be implemented, stacked and reinforced, and to get the desired results. The program is expertly led, with modules that build on each other, and collaborative with a cohort of fellow travelers who can amplify the teaching with their own relevant peer experiences. I found that everything I learned through ZtoD was accurate and deployable. When I put the knowledge gained into practice, I could feel and see (through accurately applied flow) that my output was better, my ideas were more highly leveraged, and the goals and objectives I set for myself were obtained and obtainable. One of the greatest benefits that came out of ZtoD for me was the training on expanding my mindset to include a broader scope of possibilities. Shortly on the heels of learning about having a 10X and 100X mindset, I led a team offsite retreat for my company where we brainstormed ideas for expanding our business 100X. After that session, my partners and I connected a few dots over a huge idea and today we're in development of a product that we hope to scale and take our business to a level never before imagined. Because of where that puts me now, I'm deepening my relationship with FRC and planning to climb mount bold. Attending ZtoD was the absolute right move to make for me and one of the best gifts I have given myself in my lifetime. The benefits of ZtoD depend heavily on the individual as the person in the driver's seat. ZtoD gives you the tools and the knowledge you need to significantly improve your life and flow, but you have to make the changes yourself to reap the rewards. If you realize that's exactly what you want as the architect of your own future, then I'd highly recommend taking the plunge. I'm an evangelist of the ideas and principles I learned in ZtoD. Frankly, for me, it's now the fundamental backdrop for how I run my life.

I’ve paid for a lot of courses over the years, because I love learning, and I am a researcher at heart. But what I found at FRC were the most enlightening courses that I’ve ever taken. They gave me a greater clarity of purpose. So I began to dream bigger than I ever had before. And as a result, I expanded my business beyond the USA and into Europe and Africa. In addition, my income tripled in the first 12 months. I made more money than I had ever made in my life and my income and my business are still growing. FRC helped me understand how transformation happens even down to the cellular level. From learning about the massively transformative purpose to the clear goals and the chemical response that occur, I got more than my money’s worth at FRC.

Flow Research (Zero to Dangerous) provided tools to spend my time effectively. They provide a framework to prioritizing things that matter and methods or tools to achieve those goals. As someone who's always got a lot going on (business, family, etc), this was a gamechanger program which I've recommended to others in my family/friends/work network. I think anyone who goes down this path will find the benefits outweigh the cost by a wide margin.

These guys truly care!!! And this is all science backed too. They really are on the forefront of human evolution. I highly recommend the Flow State zoom masterclass. Life changing. My instructor Juli Marty was amazing and you can tell she LOVES her job and helping other people.
