FlowLister is an AI-powered eBay listing tool built by an active reseller, for active resellers. The platform turns a single product photo into a complete eBay listing — title, description, item specifics, the right category, and a suggested price pulled from real recent sold comps — in about 60 seconds. The product exists because of a specific problem its founder, Chris Taylor, hit while running his own eBay reselling operation: listing time. A typical manual eBay listing takes 10 to 15 minutes per item when you factor in writing the title, picking the right category, looking up sold prices, filling in item specifics, and adding shipping details. For a part-time reseller listing 30 items a week, that's seven or more hours of repetitive typing every week — the kind of work that kills momentum and burns out new sellers before they reach full-time income. FlowLister compresses that workflow to roughly 3 minutes per item.Beyond the core listing flow, FlowLister includes free tools designed for the everyday seller: an eBay fee calculator built on the current 2026 fee structure, a free title generator, a shipping cost calculator, and the Worth It pre-purchase value tool that lets you snap a photo IN the thrift store to see real sold-comp prices BEFORE you commit to buying an item.Pricing is straightforward. A free tier covers part-time sellers with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid plans scale with listing volume. No long-term contracts. Cancel any time. Refunds available within the first 30 days, no questions asked.FlowLister is built specifically for eBay resellers — thrift store flippers, estate sale sourcers, cross-platform sellers managing eBay alongside Mercari and Poshmark, and resellers transitioning from side-hustle to full-time. It is not the right fit for brand-new product sellers, Amazon FBA private-label operations, or dropshippers.Customer support is handled directly by the founder and a small team based in the United States. I really like the program. It saves me a lot of time and has streamlined my listing process. The founder is very attentive and is genuinely committed to making the product better and work better for all his clients. The product is very easy to use—it's intuitive, and I'm getting great results with my listings. Highly recommend!

I really like the product, but... It keep giving me an error that there are no legal methods to ship the product. In both cases the item was a hardback book. My ebay shipping policy includes media and non-media shipping rules. My other issue is that I like to list items and give the money to charity. It does not allow you to do that. So after listing the item, I have to go to ebay and edit the posting to include the charity.

Flowlister works great for me. I have tried several programs for bulk listing, including List Easier and TreeCat. For me, the Flowlister program does a much better job of capturing the specifics on items I provide photos for. I spend much less time having to go back to clean up listings. Great product!

Melinda, thank you. Hearing that FlowLister captures the item specifics from your photos better than the other bulk listing tools you've tried, and that you spend much less time cleaning up listings afterward, is exactly what we're building for. Grateful to have you with us. Chris Taylor FlowLister
Great support. Quick to answer questions. Went into Flowlister and was able to generate and list 60 active listings on eBay in 3 hours OMG. It took me 2 1/2 hours to take pictures, 1 1/2 hours to edit and crop my pictures. That's 60 active listings in 7 hours. WOW! That's a game changer.

Bo, thank you. Hearing that support was quick and that you got 60 active eBay listings live in about 3 hours inside FlowLister means a lot. Grateful to have you with us. Chris Taylor FlowLister
When Inkfrog listing software closed I was scrambling to find a solution. Fortunately, Flowlister fit the bill and was a considerable upgrade I didn't see coming. This intuitive platform has augmented my time and leveraged my effort to such an extent that it’s enjoyable to sit down and list again but more so, the way that it enables the user to multiply their time by way of its draft creation speed and accuracy is incredible. It has revolutionized single listing efforts as you can create about 2-3 times faster than with any previous product I have used. And, if you want more speed try Flowdrop for multiple items and it will create several drafts simultaneously, all that is left for the user to do is a cursory review of each in the event you need to make nominal adjustments and you are done. Flowlister customer service is first rate, not because of issues with the product but questions I needed answered just to overcome myself and they were there, helpful and immediate. Try Flowlister, get your time back and be excited about listing and most of all, selling again.

The listing process from the photos is great. We have had to change all of the titalmlisyongs but the suggested words are useful. We love the items specifics that are completed but it appears that there are a lot that eBay seeks that are not covered. I believe you can upload multiple listing to eBay at once, but you are not able to schedule multiple listings to eBay at once. This has been time consuming, but also allows for checking prior to scheduling. I love the program and it is saving me so much time as With 3 jobs I am time poor. I am very happy with Flowlister and will gladly promote it to others

We’ve been using FlowLister for our eBay.ca shop, and it’s made listing so much easier. The support has been warm and responsive when we’ve needed help, and you can tell they actually care about the people using the tool. It keeps getting better and they're constantly making improvements, and that personal touch makes it easy to stick with. It's such an intuitive tool. We are so grateful we found it.
