AVOID AVOID AVOID
AVOID AVOID AVOID I placed an order in September and never received the item. After chasing multiple times, I was told a second delivery had been dispatched—but nothing arrived. Their customer service is completely automated and unhelpful, with no human interaction. By November, still no delivery, so I requested a refund. The automated response claimed a refund was issued but provided no details. It’s now December, and I still haven’t received my money back—just the same repetitive automated replies. I’m now forced to pursue the refund through my bank.
