My first order was to an area 50km outside a major delivery zone and this was fulfilled quickly and the product was excellent. My second order was in what was at first considered a remote area, and it was remote. Flora2000 contacted me and asked whether I wanted to go ahead with a late delivery or full refund. I went with the delivery and they were delivered to this remote area and the product was again outstanding. Throughout this order the communication was good and timely and I believe Flora2000 went out of their way to help me and fill the order. Both times good product and outstanding service with great prices. Five stars for sure! Thanks.

I just read the review dated Aug.20,2014 where the reviewer posted the entire dialogue of their mishap with Flora2000. I don't often leave reviews for anything anywhere but, in this case, I felt like I had to share my experiences as counterpoint to the review mentioned. For the last 3 years, I have used Flora2000 exclusively to send birthday flowers to my mom in the Philippines. I have never had an issue. And the selection and prices of their offerings are wonderful. One year she sent me a picture of the bouquet she received and it was beautiful! She has always been nothing but pleased when she receives her flowers and - trust.me. - if my mom has something to complain about, she does not hold back (can I get a witness?!). I will continue to use Flora2000 indefinitely. Thank you Flora 2000 (Richard Fullham) for making it affordable for me to send flowers every year to my dear mom in the Philippines.

I have shipped flowers internationally to different Countries and have had Outstanding Service from Flora2000, The flowers and prices are Great ..Customer Service, Communication and Web Site are A+ ....Keep up the good Work and thank you ~ I hope to send flowers again real soon ! Hi, I've used Flora2000 to send flowers to my cousin in Hong Kong. They have the best designs from all competitors and I found the price range to be quite reasonable. The flowers were delivered fresh and beautiful to my cousin on his birthday. I had absolutely no trouble with them. Mahima

First time I haved used Flora. My wife was very pleased with her unusual oriental display.I went online to find a new flower supplier after being let down by the company I always use,the flowers have been replaced 3times and are still not what I feel are except able ,so the reason for looking else where.The web site was easy to use with a good selection and all prices,what I liked most was being informed about the delivery slot,and then another email when they had been delivered,what more could you ask so top marks
