Great customer service with the best prices.Highly recommended.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Flooring King, and the experience exceeded every expectation from start to finish. It is rare to find a flooring company that truly combines competitive pricing, high-quality materials, and outstanding customer service, but Flooring King delivers on all three with absolute consistency. With over 24 years in the flooring industry, Flooring King clearly operates with deep knowledge and professionalism. From the initial consultation, their team took the time to understand my needs, budget, and timeline. There was no pressure, no upselling—only honest guidance and expert recommendations. Their transparency and attention to detail immediately set them apart from other flooring companies. The selection of flooring options was impressive. Flooring King offers a wide range of laminate flooring, luxury vinyl flooring, and SPC flooring, all at remarkably affordable prices. Despite being a price-conscious company, there was no compromise in quality. Every product showcased durability, modern design, and excellent craftsmanship. It’s clear that Flooring King sources its materials carefully and works directly with manufacturers to provide maximum value to customers. The installation process was equally exceptional. The installation team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They treated the property with care, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job efficiently without cutting corners. The final result was flawless—precise installation, clean finishes, and a dramatic improvement to the space. Flooring King’s commitment to quality workmanship truly shows in the final product. What truly makes Flooring King stand out is their customer service. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. Every question was answered promptly, and any concerns were handled with professionalism and respect. It is refreshing to work with a company that genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction and long-term relationships over short-term profits. Beyond residential projects, Flooring King also operates on a global level, supplying container-load flooring worldwide to dealers and distributors. This speaks volumes about their operational strength, reliability, and industry reputation. Very few flooring companies can successfully serve both individual homeowners and international partners with the same level of excellence. In an industry where trust and value are essential, Flooring King sets a high standard. Their combination of experience, affordability, premium products, and unmatched service makes them a leader in the flooring business. Whether you are renovating a home, managing a commercial project, or sourcing flooring at wholesale prices, Flooring King is a company you can rely on with complete confidence. I highly recommend Flooring King to anyone looking for exceptional flooring solutions at honest prices, backed by decades of experience and a true commitment to customer satisfaction.

Great Customer Service I bought flooring over there a few times we have a large group of investors that doing rehab to houses in the Miami Fort Lauderdale area superb customer service. The material was amazing and the prices was absolutely ridiculous lol Highly recommended

Bought lvt flooring from this company as it was guaranteed for 10 years, listed as hard wearing, etc. Two days after installation a dining chair accidentally was dropped when replacing it under the table and dented and cracked this flooring along the join. I had installed this flooring perfectly and was fobbed off by this company by assuming I was in the wrong by incorrectly installing it. Be warned, the guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. They were not even bothered about investigating this incident, totally fobbed off. People should know this before parting with their money to a company that has a zero after care customer service.
