Flooret is a refreshingly transparent flooring company, offering premium vinyl floors at factory-direct prices to give customers the greatest quality for the lowest cost. We are taking a stand against unnecessary markups as floors travel from factory to brand to distributor to retailer and finally to you at upwards of 600% the original factory price. You will not find hundreds of options on our site either. We take pride in our floors, cut no corners, and select only the best. Our specs are second to none in the industry for both residential and commercial use. Using the internet as our showroom along with direct mail sample boxes, Flooret makes selecting and purchasing floors more enjoyable and stress-free than ever before.

I have never done vinal planks before. The only thing that I think would have made my experience better is if the planks were 4 feet in length. My floor has come out beautiful. Thank you for making this product. You are an all around top notch company.

I've ordered samples three times from Flooret. (Decisions are hard!) Each time, the samples have shipped quickly and been elegantly packed and presented. The floors themselves seem to be high quality. I was able to scratch the 40 mil wear layer with a pair of kitchen sheers, but barely -- it took a lot of pressure and the scratch was almost invisible. Submerging the samples in water overnight provided empirical proof that they are fully waterproof as well.

We love the flooring and so does our installer. I ordered the same flooring for our entire house, but nearly half of what Flooret delivered was the wrong product. Which we didn’t discover until part of the way through installation. We made the tough decision to keep what was delivered and use it on a different level of the house, and luckily we had enough. The alternative was to wait weeks for replacement flooring and reschedule with our installer, which also meant weeks more in a motel. Flooret blamed me for not spotting the problem at delivery and only gave us a 10% refund. I wasn’t happy with their attitude nor their quality control, which they admitted they needed to improve. So buyer beware. Order early and check it right away. On the other hand Krista, who helped me later with my return of leftover flooring, was helpful, patient, and followed up quickly. She was the best part of the whole process!

Hi Jill! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us some feedback, we really appreciate it. For products like flooring, installation of the product is considered acceptance of the product. However, even though you had already started installing your flooring, our team offered a 10% refund on your order to thank you for your patience and willingness to work with us. In cases like these, we do our best to get replacements to you as quickly as possible. If you were quoted more than a week for replacements, it may have been because the color you ordered was on backorder at that time. We are always working to improve our QA processes and customer experience, so it's really helpful to hear this feedback. Thank you again, and we're glad that Krista was able to help you out!
I've installed several LVP floors in different homes. This product by far was the best. Arrived in excellent condition, and yes the quality and locking system is far superior to big box stores. However I had to wait about 2 months after ordering it- it comes from overseas. I did a bulk order one month and decided to order a couple extra boxes in a separate order. The planks in the new boxes did not lock onto the planks from a bulk order. It was quite the ordeal figuring out the problem and trying to solve. Always order in bulk...enough during the first order to get you through the entire project.

Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to review us! We really appreciate hearing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the additional boxes you ordered didn't click correctly into your other planks; that definitely shouldn't be the case. It sounds like you may have received a few boxes that are not a perfect match for your main order. If you reach out to our Support team ([email protected] or 1-800-700-8122), they can help you get some boxes that will click perfectly with the rest of your floor. Hope that helps!
Customer service is outstanding.i have a very specific situation trying to fit flooring. Mike is very responsive to emails. Twice now he's right on the ball. I have a beautiful lato signature floor. Just beautiful and very good quality.

I am so impressed with this company and my floors! We did a total kitchen remodel with walls being opened up. The samples impressed my flooring guy (45 yrs selling/servicing flooring of all types). Installed last week and we are in love! My husband wasn’t sure (he loves tile) but even he is impressed! Not a single broken/damaged piece!
