We're glad he helped you land on an LVP you love and made you feel confident about the decision. And your comments about Cheryl made us smile. The fact that you noticed she remembered your names says a lot. Cheryl talks to a lot of customers every day, but she genuinely gets to know the people and projects she's working with. We'll make sure she gets to read this. We're also really happy you mentioned the dustless tile demo. Anyone who has ever seen traditional tile demolition knows exactly how much dust that process can create. It's great to hear that you felt it was worth it and that the difference surprised you. Lindsey, this review was fun to read. Especially the part about the stairs. We don't hear "OMG" and "stairs" in the same sentence very often, so Oscar definitely deserves some credit for that one! We're really glad you took a chance on the flooring color too. The white and gray tones can completely change a room, and it sounds like they did exactly that in your home. Brighter, more modern and "kind of fancy" sounds like a win to us. Thank you for mentioning so many people on the team by name. Cheryl will love hearing that her communication and organization stood out. There are a lot of moving parts during an installation, and she works hard to keep everyone informed without making the customer feel like they have to chase down answers. Oscar and his crew are going to appreciate this one too. The fact that you noticed the symmetry on the stairs and how carefully everything lined up says a lot about the level of detail they put into the job. Those are exactly the kinds of things a good installer notices that most people never realize went into the finished product. We'll make sure Sergio sees your comments as well. We love that he didn't just look at the finished floors and leave, but actually spent time helping you understand how to take care of them. And thank you for recognizing Rich too. It really does take several people working together to get a project from the first flooring sample to the final walkthrough. The best part might be that you're already thinking about replacing the downstairs tile to match. That's a pretty good sign we got the first part right!
