FlodeskReviews of flodesk.com

What I love about Flodesk is that you can spot it’s been made by women for women. Not only it looks amazing, it is also very intuitive and thoughtfully designed. As an online business manager for female solopreneurs, I constantly evaluate tools to be recommended to my customers. Flodesk is definitely THE ONLY ONE for email marketing and it’s been used very often for beautiful sales and checkout pages. What I like most isd the communication they keep with the users, the on point customer service and the fact that each and every feature is built upon the customers requests. I would 100% recommend flodesk to anyone looking for a reliable, beautiful, efficient and user-friendly email service provider!

Flodesk’s customer experience is the gold standard. Their personalization, follow up and follow through instilled confidence.

Without any prior experience with email marketing, I reached out to Flodesk and actually started enjoying sending emails. It's a user-friendly, minimalist platform with just the right amount of functionality for my needs. I purchased the wrong subscription and the support team was incredibly helpful in making sure I had the plan I wanted.

Flodesk is very easy to use and if there is some problem customer servise is very Quick with response.

I truly cannot recommend this company enough. I was one of the early adopters of Flodesk and have been using them for almost 10 years. I tell people all the time how miserable I was sending emails before finding this company. The emails never looked how I wanted them to look. They didn’t match my brand. I felt helpless when it came to coding, and I felt like I was being penalized every time my email list would grow and I’d get bumped up another price tier. Enter Flodesk. The customer support is amazing. The team is personable and always innovating. They’re constantly making their tools better. I have seen my sales triple just by using their checkout page for my courses and coaching sessions. Everything is clean and sleek, and I can easily make it match my brand. People are always asking me how I get my emails to look so beautiful, and Flodesk just makes it easy and seamless. There’s no learning curve. You can literally start sending beautiful emails the second you sign up.

We have worked with so many different email marketing platforms for our clients - and Flodesk wins every time. Some things we love are: an unparalleled user experience, adding custom brand fonts (and loving the ones that are available in the platform!), amazing forms, and easy-to-manage workflows. PLUS, the support is top-notch. Being a part of the community means having access to bounce ideas off each other. We recommend it to all of our email clients and have converted so many of them!

I’m a web designer and I recommend Flodesk to almost all my clients now. I also use it for my own business. It just makes email marketing feel fun instead of like another chore 😅 Most of my clients came from other email platforms that felt clunky and confusing. They always message me later saying how obsessed they are with Flodesk. They literally thank me for the recommendation !! What I love most is how many things I can automate without it feeling “techy.” I use workflows, funnels and audience segments to run my whole lead gen system for my business and my clients. Love the fun colour selection esp for the audience segmentation!! Sooo satisfying!! Customer service is 10/10, so helpful. Love they are female founded 💗

I’ve been using Flodesk for a while now for email marketing and client communication, and it’s been a great fit for my business. The platform is very easy to use, especially the drag and drop email builder and automation workflows, which saved me a lot of time. I also appreciate the professionally looking templates & pricing structure as my email list grows. The overall experience has been smooth and reliable.
