If I could give no stars I would. Reading these reviews it seems they have a track record of not delivering on orders. I used to love their paint a couple of years ago, then had an order not delivered. (Orders before this were also bumpy) Multiple messages and calls placed with no response and no money returned. Fair trading of no help unfortunately. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered over a month ago and nothing. No paint. No answering of calls. No response to multiple emails. FRAUDSTERS. Do NOT use them.

DO NOT BUY from these fraudsters! Ordered two cans of paint and two weeks later - no response to multiple calls, emails and texts. This company is an absolute scam. Do not waste your money. I was blessed to be able to ring my credit card company and have the payment credited (revered) for failing to fulfil.

Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely shocking to deal with! Once you order you get ghosted, it can take weeks to get your paint order, if at all. I am very surprised they are still in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Purchased 2 paints online on 27/2 and 5 days latter i have contacted the company first via email and then via mobile phone. I have been promised my purchase is going to be upgraded to express post however, no email with tracking number had been received 8 days later. I have sent another email requesting refund … no answer. I will be contacting Office of fair trading first thing Monday morning.
