Fraudulent company
Purchased Houston flight June 14 for Sept. 4 through Flight to Joy MD. The ticket was cancelled without notice. The airline confirmed the cancellation. Despite repeated calls, the agent never provided a valid ticket or resolution. Agent was rude, tried to gaslight me and don’t trust they will issue a refund either. They’re a fraud company.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience and frustration arising from this matter, and we understand the concern that a disruption to your travel arrangements may cause. For the sake of clarity and transparency, we would like to confirm that the refund relating to your booking has already been initiated from our end. We remain committed to handling this matter responsibly and ensuring that the relevant transaction and refund information is properly documented and communicated. If you would like us to provide the supporting details, please contact [email protected] and include your booking reference number.
