Dear Customer , Greetings from Flights Nest !! First of all we would like to have your booking details starting with FNT as we couldn't find you in our system by only name DL as you haven't mentioned any of the details in it. Secondly we are sad to hear this and we are extremely sorry that this situation has happened to you incase if the charge is because of Flights Nest then we take full responsibility and will resolve it in any manner we can else you need to check with your bank where these charges have been attempted and where did you used your card details online or in person but as said earlier to investigate further we need your details first as you haven't mentioned any of the details and there are also FAKE REVIEWS our competitors put to DEFAME COMPANIES which i am sure other companies have faced as well as its very easy to put a review here by fake emails also to let you know that we work under data protection law and the details you mentioned are fully encrypted and secured so there are zero chances that your data will get compromised else we receive so many bookings in a day and they would have said the same and no one would have given us a 5 star review. So I would like to request you to either mention your booking details here on your review or you can email us at [email protected]. We will look forward to your reply and will always be there to help you in this concern. Thanks  TEAM FLIGHTS NEST

Dear Guest, Thanks for sharing your feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We Sincerely apologize that we did not exceed the standards and didn't meet your expectations as sometimes the situation gets beyond our reach because of the sudden changes in the prices and policies governed by the airlines. I understand that this sounds very frustrating and disappointing but we unfortunately can't do much about it as the prices and policies are governed by the airlines and they have full rights to withdraw any fares/policies at any given time under the disclaimer section provided by them to the travel agencies. However it goes without saying that you would prefer your customer to discuss issues with you in person, but even an overly emotional online review might contain a bit of insight. Negative feedback can shine light on blind spots and be a wake-up call for you and your team. We hope you will visit us again soon and we would like to offer you a $50 voucher each passenger towards your next booking with Flights Nest as a token of apology for the troubles that We've caused , Kindly email us at [email protected] to have your voucher code for the next trip and we would be very happy to serve you again !! Thanks Team Flightsnest
