We worked with Andreas Stein on a complicated itinerary for our European summer trip -- meshing two different arrival schedules for our party with a unified departure plus (adding further complexity) different arrival and departure cities from Europe. We were extremely pleased with the responsiveness to our (many, many) questions and the service provided in helping to book and manage the travel arrangements. This was also our first time flying "premium economy" and we are so, so thankful that we did; we would not have done so without the prompting and recommendation of Andreas!
