I was a first time home buyer and skeptical picking between multiple companies, agents, and brokers. I met with Shahram Sondi, and I saw his knowledge and willingness to help me through this due diligent process. He always picks up the phone for a question and is not afraid of telling you the truth. I would recommend for all buyers.

We submitted like 6 refinance applications, and no one was professional like Florida Home Funding. Although our primary language is Spanish, they were careful about, we have understood the process. The rate was the best in between others. Process very fast that we are surprised, without any inconvenience so far. We recommend them, FHF

We engaged Shahram Sondi to help us refinance our home. Even with all of the crazy requirements from today's lenders, Shahram remained patient and diligent and explained all of the requests from the lender; I was very happy with the interest rate he found as well. I would recommend him highly to anyone shopping for a mortgage.

Florida home funding made refinancing our home quick and as easy as possible. Our situation was complex and we were still able to close our loan in less than 2 weeks.

I've bought about 12 homes in the past 30 years. Florida Home Funding with Shahram and Cindie have made this closing the easiest experience I've ever had. We closed in 30 days, on the date agreed upon, and for a lower interest rate. They're easy to contact, was never placed on hold, if I called after hours, they would return the call. Completely satisfied and will use Florida Home Funding again. John A Crocitto

Shahram and Cindie provide great service, and keep you informed every step of the way. It was a way better experience than working directly with my bank. When I need another mortgage down the road, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
