Great people and very professional to deal with. I would highly recommend their services!!

Working with Shahram Sondi was a great experience. From the beginning he was very informative and easy to talk to. I felt relaxed and confident with Shahram working on my mortgage application. He walked me through the whole process and answered my numerous questions constantly. Whenever I reached out to him during the mortgage process he was always quick to return my call and answer my questions. Shahram and his staff were thorough, helpful and very professional throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and relatives and never hesitate to use him again in the future!

Shahram is an expert at what he does. There was no guess work at any point, my husband and I felt fully informed through the whole process. Sharham collected the information needed and was very upfront. We had a full dialog he let us know what the process would be like and walked us through the steps. His assistant Cindie was awesome, keeping us informed, on track and providing assistance with pulling documents. They were both amazing. Our emails and calls were responded to right away, leaving no guess work to what stage of the process we were at. When we needed recommendations on insurance agency' - Shahram was right there sharing with us who he deals with and they were outstanding. Shahram & Cindie are knowledgeable professionals in their field. If you're looking for a quality broker who is able to answer any question and do whatever it takes with the loan process don't look any further Florida Home Funding is all you need.

Shahram and his assistant are an incredible team. They are extremely thorough and make what is usually a stressful process smooth and easy. They are on top of every single detail and they will get you the lowest cost mortgage. I have used other brokers and I would only use Shahram if I have a future need.

I have been through the mortgage process on 3 different occasions and this was by far the easiest. Everything promised was recieved! It was the fastest and easiest refi I've been through. Everything was done online and I could'nt be happier. Florida Home Funding is great!!!

Kudos to Shahram & Cindi for their great work refinancing my mortgage in record 2 weeks time. Shahram was very professional, Timely in response and most importantly very knowledgable. I shopped with 5 mortgage companies including online guys who falsely offer ridiculous low rates. Shahram gave me the best qoute and also explained exactly how the online mortgage "Bait and Switch" works. In the process of my refinancing, Shahram exchanged more than 10 quotes to best suit my needs. Office staff Cindi is an email machine. She will respond your mortgage concerns within seconds of email receipt. With No reservations, I strongly recommend Florida Home Funding for ALL your mortgage needs.
