Sept 22 2025 Ordered Flex Focus glasses and took the glasses out of the box and the screw immediately fell off and was lost and I can't find how to return them. Very unhappy with the glasses and the customer service.

These glasses looked promising. When they arrived they were the cheapest of plastics and already the dial and gear were messed up and not working. They look so bad on you wont even want to wear them by yourself. Aweful product, total waste of effort, money and time!

Glasses were very lightweight and cheap feeling and they did not improve vision no matter how I tried to adjust them. I sent them back to the address they provided and included the information they requested. I've now had several interactions with them saying they need a copy of the receipt from the post office when I returned the item. Return seems very complicated and at this point it sounds like I'm not getting a refund though I've sent them back with the original packaging, sales number they requested from the transaction, etc.

This product is pure junk. The plastic lens are so poorly made. The edges are sharp enough to injure. They absolutely do not work. What a waste of money. The favorable reviews are lies!

absolute junk cheap plastic dials , could not even get them to focus so my eyes weren't hurting, probably cost 25 cents to make, just junk, especially for 50 bucks , the case is a joke as is the glasses.
