We have been using Fleetistics for a little over a year now. Although, I can not complain about the "MyGeoTab" platform they currently have us on, I have to rate them with only two stars due to their staff. There staff is very inadequate, and make any type of communication with them the equivalent of pulling your teeth out. Something as simple as switching out or installing their equipment can be a nightmare due to their lack of communication and thought process. Many times I am left scratching my head on how these people function on a daily bases.
