Flat Fee AccessReviews of flatfeeaccess.com

Working with Linda Tessitore at Flat Fee Access was fantastic. From the moment I called inquiring about Flat Fee Access, and spoke with Linda, I was very impressed with her honesty, transparency and professionalism. Every phone call was promptly returned. I can’t praise her enough. Every agent should emulate her.

In January of 2018 I listed my Home for Sale with Flat Fee Access. This turned out to be a great decision! All of my listing info and photos were shared across the MLS and appeared on all of the popular online Real Estate websites. This service made my Home Listing easy to find, update and sell my Home. Because I used Flat Fee Access my Home sold quickly and I saved over $30,000 Real Estate Commissions. I would recommend Flat Fee Access to anyone who is considering selling their home.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Smart Realty Group. Linda was always available to answer all my questions and concerns. She handled all the sales negotiations and kept me informed on all decisions to close the deal. Escrow was smooth; every person there was professional and expedited the process to make it an easy closing. Using a flat fee service saved us a lot of money. I believe I got so much more than I paid for. I will use Smart Realty and Linda again and highly recommend them to anyone selling their home.

I'm an inactive CA real estate broker myself and used this company to list and sell a condo I'd owned for 40 years. Everything went smoothly with great follow up. I used and was pleased with their affiliate escrow company. Very professional all around. I saved about $8,000. I would surely use them again.

We could not be pleased with the outstanding professional service and support that we received from FlatFee. Linda responded quickly to any questions and concerns that were raised throughout our transaction. She was incredible. We would have no hesitation to utilize their services in future transactions.

I saved a lot of money using this company. They are flat fee, but provided excellent service with the contracts and escrow. I just had to provide access to the buyer's agent to show the property. Will use again!

We had the pleasure of working with Megan Whitmore! She was absolutely amazing from the start to finish! My dad is going to use them soon to sell one of his properties too! The person who was buying our home was hard to deal with but Megan definitely made the process easier! She made us feel confident and comfortable through every step of the way! Megan made sure we got what we wanted for our home! I would recommend this company over and over! I couldn’t believe we got all the help we did for such a small fee! They literally helped save us thousands in real estate fees! I’m so glad we found their company! It was a blessing that helped our family tremendously! Thanks again Flat Fee Access!

Flat Fee Access / Smart Realty Group is one of the best and most straight forward Real Estate Agencies you'll find. I've sold 7 properties through them in the last 2 years saving me thousands of dollars via their low fees. Most importantly though, Megan Whitmore and her team are nothing be amazing - super knowledgable, experienced, quick to respond, and even if they have a higher volume you definitely never feel it as they make you a priority each time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property as I will be sure to continue working with them as well. Thank you!
