Great, great and great - we love to hear it! Thanks for the kind words, and for choosing Flashcloud.
They helped me transfer my business email and website from another provider without any customer of mine ever noticing. I signed up, gave them access and poof- just like that, all has been moved overnight- all my emails and website. Website feels faster now btw. Very good! Thanks Flashcloud.support team.

Thank you for the kind words! A migration you barely notice is the best kind, and getting both the website and business email moved cleanly is exactly what our team aims for. Glad the site feels faster on top of it. Thanks for trusting Flashcloud with the move!
Flashcloud has exceeded my expectations by far! I have been struggling for weeks to launch my Pilates class website and almost gave up on learning WordPress when I asked for help. The support team rebuilt the website for free and provided an easy and quick way to update my pages and schedule, all with manual and steps and everything. Absolute 5/5! Recommending them to anyone looking to get online quickly and with ease!!

Thanks so much for this! Nobody should have to learn WordPress from scratch just to get a class schedule online, so we're really pleased the team could rebuild it for you and leave you with something simple to manage. Best of luck with the Pilates classes - and thanks for the recommendation!
I am giving FlashCloud five despite some real difficulties at the beginning caused by their proposing, and me accepting, a design for the site that was not what I asked for. There have been a lot of things subsequently that needed sorting out. The service provided by FlashCloud in doing this has been outstanding. So, where I would have given them two at the beginning, I now give them five.

Thank you for this, and for giving us the chance to put things right. We should have got the design closer to your brief from the beginning, and we're sorry it took extra work to get there. It's really good to hear the support along the way made the difference. Your feedback is already shaping how we approach new website builds. Thanks for choosing Flashcloud.

They are bunch of scammers and thieves. I joined their affiliate marketing program and generated about nine referrals, only to be shocked when they closed my account—claiming the clients were under my direct management. Even though I offered to share my chat logs with them to prove I was recommending their company alongside two others, they refused to respond. I even offered to let them pay the amount in installments if they lacked the funds, but it was all to no avail. I have all the emails and evidence of their fraud, and I am ready to confront anyone about it.

We don't discuss individual accounts publicly, but we can explain the policy. Our affiliate program rewards genuine third-party referrals. It does not pay commissions on accounts the affiliate manages or controls themselves. When a review of account activity shows a conflict with those terms, the related commissions are declined and the affiliate account is closed. Decisions like this follow a review of the account activity and are communicated directly to the affiliate at the time. That decision stands. Our hosting customers are unaffected, and we're always glad to help any customer with a service issue.
