***UPDATE Flashback contacted me and refunded me my money right away without me asking for either. They explained that this items sells often and they have not had any problems, so I must have gotten a bad one. I appreciated them taking the time to making it right even though I didn't ask for it. Ordered the Xbox one controller unlock tools set, took forever to get to my house and once it did the special tool to remove screws is too small and doesn't work. Do not order this product from here.
