Two days ago we purchased the one-year FixRunner Advance Plan and have completed their on-boarding process. So far, we couldn't be happier with the level of support we've received. First I met with one of their reps via Zoom where he presented their offerings and answered all of my questions. Since the initial meeting, I've been working closely with their team to make sure everything was ready for FixRunner to start hosting/maintaining our site. They have been unbelievably fast to reply to my emails whether it's 6am or 10pm. They even arranged to migrate our existing site to their fast server overnight from 2am-5am to ensure that our customers wouldn't be affected during the time our site was down for this maintenance. When I woke up this morning the migration had been successful, and today, we were able to operate business as usual. We are excited to be moving forward with FixRunner handling our WordPress hosting and support needs. We highly recommend FixRunner!

These folks know their stuff. I'd been fumbling around for hours trying to figure out an issue and they pointed me in the correct direction right away and offered to help if further assistance was needed. This time is wasn't but I know where I'll go next time and I know there will be a next time. It's a computer thing.

They explain issues in layperson's terms and don't try to upsell things you don't need. It's the opposite of my experience with most IT freelancers and companies I've dealt with, who tend to throw around jargon-laden terms to keep you in the dark while charging you more than they should. They have earned my trust. -- They are lightning fast when you have a problem -- remarkably so. I can't believe how quickly I get a response when I need them. That gives me incredible peace of mind. -- They are totally dependable 24/7 and communicate impeccably when performing work. When they say they're doing to do something, they get it done and keep you posted along the way. Quite simply, I'm blown away. I couldn't recommend them more highly to any small business owner or blogger who needs a team they can trust at incredibly reasonable rates.

Wouaw ! Avec mon WooCommerce promoballons.com, j'avais beaucoup de soucis tels que : impossibilité de modifier le thème, des plugins en conflit. Fixrunner, et son super team ont mis, en un temps record, de l'ordre et ils ont fixés les problèmes,...et tout s'est remis à fonctionner impeccablement. C'est "presque idiot", depuis des mois j'essayais de régler ces problèmes moi-même ; j'aurais dû faire appel à Fixrunner bien plus tôt. Le team est très réactif, et en plus ils sont plus que sympa. Je recommande cette entreprise sans hésiter.

Amazing team! This is my first time using FixRunner. Not only did they take care of the problem, but they also had a follow-up meeting to discuss other areas of concern with the website. They were very professional and thorough. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again!

FixRunner go above and beyond for us. We have 3 hosting services with them. Nish is amazing. Great attitudes and response time is always fast, they can get anything done!

We use them for two of our WordPress sites and not only do we get an initial response back in minutes (longest I've ever had to wait was 5 minutes which is incredible), but they always get the job done and very quickly. We could not be happier with their service and support. I truly haven't seen a tech support company with this high level of service.
