I cannot express how happy we are with Fixrunner's support of our multi-site website. We ran into an issue with our website than three website designers and our hosting platform couldn't figure out. In a moment of desperation, I searched "Wordpress Help" on Google. Fixrunner.com came up. I was able to chat with a support agent right away who wanted to further diagnose our issue. He arranged a Skype call with me where we shared screenshots of our website and talked over the issues we had. Fixrunner was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Their team worked overnight to resolve a problem that no one else could figure out. Sam is amazing. He's made sure that we are completely happy with everything, is extremely courteous, and knowledgable about everything Wordpress. Highly recommended!

I worked with Sam for a few days getting my domain redirected and along the way there were other issues that needed worked out. He was very patient and very fast and efficient with everything. I was very pleased with the end result and how attentive he was during the process. I am excited to use this service on-going and already have a quick fix coming up that i don't need to stress out about doing on my own.
