Love our personalized ornament! Shipped on Dec 22 and got it today(Jan 6) in the Yukon. So, that’s fast to me 😊

I love my ornament! I didn’t get in time for Christmas but not their fault, the mail has been crazy! They replied to every email and I eventually did receive my item! The ornaments are pretty small, only thing is I wish no they were a little larger but still love it!

Ordered a personalized ornament on December 4th. It is now 12/29 and still do not have the item. Tracking still showing it in Pennsylvania. I am in VA. I understand it's a different and difficult business year, but I would never have spent $30 for a single ornament that wasn't going to arrive in time for holiday.

So happy with this company. They are not only affordable, but have an easy to navigate and customize website, plus amazing customer service. Reached out to them bc after I placed order, I realized one of customizations was wrong. They responded immediately, created an amazing likeness by using a photo I sent, and got it sent out within a day! Best part was that my daughter and family were thrilled with the perfect representation and the quality of the ornament! 👏👏👏

The company was so easy to work with! They made so many personalizations possible. Highly recommend.

I ordered two ornaments. One doesn't even belong to me at all. It has other people's names, pets, etc. The second one has the dog's name spelled wrong, I think. It's so tiny, it's difficult to read the name. Sure not worth the money.

I ordered two blankets on two separate occasions. The second one was delayed on delivery. But, they tracked it down and it arrived right on time as it was a gift. Its a great company to deal with. The blankets, I ordered, were great quality and beautifully finished.

I ordered a ornament , even though they didn’t have the right hair style to choose from they were able to make it just perfect for me. The wife and I were very impressed and happy with the way it came out. Will be ordering more from them. Truly a pleasure to work with.
