My whole family is really enjoying the variable motion trainer. The workout is far superior than our old normal eliptical. It arrived faster than expected and was easy to put together. It probably took 2.5 hours moving slowly and carefully.

I recently purchased a Matrix C7xi Climbmill from Fitness Superstore that had gone through the rigorous refurb process. The machine was delivered in about the time I would have expected for a unit of this size requiring technical work involved in making it like new. I opted for the full delivery which was well worth the money. Fitness Superstore arranged for everything and the three people who came to install it were resourceful and courteous. They navigated a tough bend in a stairwell with can-do attitudes not common these days and my wife who was there for that process had nothing but great things to say. The machine itself looked brand new and was sold at a significant savings over a new commercial machine. A few small hiccups with some operational aspects when it first arrived, but the staff and particularly Tim, will go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied with the end product. They were prompt to deliver the necessary parts to fix the problem and gave me the option to fix it myself or schedule a repair. There is not much more you can ask then that. As a business owner myself, I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness address issues head-on and ensure satisfied customers. I will definitely be purchasing any other equipment I need from them based on this experience.
