Itamar is nothing short of a diamond. I was his Personal Training Manager across two Health Clubs. After employing him at one and working closely with him for 2 years I then actively invited him to join me at a new club opening in Central London. Fabulous at Personal Training and taking the time to continually upskill. His attention to detail on every client is second to none, ensuring that the programs he designs are bespoke and suitable. I have 100% confidence in his abilities to get clients to achieve their fitness goals.

I have been training with Itamar for seven years, and I cannot recommend his services highly enough. When we started, I hadn't trained in years. He built a long-term, 3-day-a-week tailored program that took me from zero to the strongest I have ever been, hitting every powerlifting PB we set for deadlifts and squats. What sets Itamar apart is his ability to evolve the training as goals change. We recently shifted focus to body composition; thanks to his modified programming and his highly detailed, workable calorie strategies, I have lost 8kg in just 5 months while maintaining my strength. His use of the TrueCoach app is a huge plus—it keeps everything organized and serves as a great visual reminder of how far I’ve come. Even during COVID, the coaching never missed a beat. We transitioned from in-person sessions in London to video sessions while he was in Brazil. Despite the distance, the workouts remained incredibly effective, and my progress continued uninterrupted. If you want a trainer who is dedicated to long-term success and adaptable to any situation, Itamar is the best in the business.

I’ve trained with Itamar for almost 10 years, and his dedication and consistency have played a huge role in helping me achieve my fitness goals. He brings a professional, respectful manner to every session and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. An outstanding personal trainer who is committed, motivating, and highly dependable.

I have used Itamar for many, many years - I even followed him when he left one gym for another. He developed and updated bespoke programmes for me aimed at either losing weight, toning-up or building muscle. With each revision and update of a programme, he listened carefully to my objectives, took into account any injuries or dislikes, and developed challenging but achievable workouts. I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Itamar is really big on getting the technique right. He picked up on any movement or speed of movement that I was performing incorrectly and demonstrated what I had been doing wrong and what I needed to focus on to fix it. Finally, he made training fun. Yes, he would push me to work hard, but we also had a laugh in between sets, so a workout was something to enjoy, not endure.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Itama at the same gym where I was Studio Manager, and I can confidently say he’s an outstanding personal trainer. He brought energy, professionalism, and genuine care to everything he did, consistently going above and beyond for his clients. His ability to motivate, build strong relationships, and deliver visible results truly set him apart. Any gym or client would be incredibly lucky to work with Itama.

Training with Itamar completely changed my attitude toward fitness and health. He didn’t just help me get stronger — he helped me actually enjoy taking care of myself. Along the way, he became a good friend, not just a trainer. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who truly cares, is passionate about what he does, and will genuinely be there for you, call Itamar. Avril Perez

Itamar has been my personal trainer twice a week for nearly a year. I've found him to be professional and good company. The bottom line is I asked Itamar to help me get stronger and that is exactly what he has done. I would certainly recommend him as a personal trainer.
